Job summary

COWI is seeking an Associate Digital Delivery Lead to strengthen the UK&I digital delivery capability across London, Bristol, Glasgow, Derby, and York. This office/home hybrid role focuses on information management, ISO leadership, and delivery governance for infrastructure and energy projects.

You will lead the application of ISO standards, align information requirements with project delivery, and support bids and mobilisation activities, while mentoring teams and promoting practical,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in information management and digital delivery leadership within complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
• Demonstrable expertise in the ISO framework and its practical application across procurement, mobilisation, delivery, and assurance stages.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across projects, frameworks, and teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, assurance, and quality management, with the ability to balance consistency and flexibility.
• Experience contributing to bids, frameworks, or major project mobilisation from an information management perspective.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the credibility to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative leadership style, with a clear commitment to mentoring, capability development, and team resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead information management and ISO governance across UK&I projects.
• Maintain strong connection to live project delivery and provide practical guidance.
• Contribute to bids, mobilisation plans, and framework responses with information management input.
• Mentor colleagues and develop internal information management guidance and templates.
• Build trusted relationships with project managers, engineers, clients, and external stakeholders.
