Looking for an opportunity to shape influencer marketing for a fast-growing brand?

We're working with a standout name in the UK's eComm scene - an innovative, multi-channel business with a reputation for setting trends, both in the marketplace and as an employer. Their brand identity is woven into everything they do, and they're now looking for a dynamic Influencer & Partnerships Manager to drive their next phase of growth.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes influencer culture, with a keen eye for content, commercial impact, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships across agencies, talent managers, and content creators. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you'll take ownership of a multi-million-pound budget, ensuring influencer marketing aligns seamlessly with the broader brand and commercial strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Leading the strategy for influencer and creator partnerships, ensuring best-in-class activations that drive both brand awareness and sales.
  2. Managing and allocating a multi-million-pound budget across key activations and ongoing influencer campaigns.
  3. Collaborating across brand marketing, paid and organic social teams to maximize the impact of influencer content.
  4. Building and nurturing relationships with agencies, talent managers, and influencers, acting as a key brand ambassador.
  5. Analysing campaign performance, engagement, and ROI to refine and evolve strategies.
  6. Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging influencer talent to keep the brand at the forefront of culture.

What We're Looking For:
  1. 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing within fashion, eCommerce, or a related industry.
  2. A creative, strategic thinker who understands both brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  3. Deep knowledge of paid social best practices and how to amplify influencer content.
  4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and build long-term influencer relationships.
  5. Budget management experience and confidence in tracking performance metrics.
  6. Leadership skills, with experience in line management being a plus.
  7. Passionate about fashion, digital culture, and the ever-evolving influencer landscape.

Location: 4 days per week in Manchester office
Salary: Competitive inline with industry and readily available upon request!
