Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with Citywide Housing’s marketing and business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and paid ads to drive engagement and business outcomes.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media campaigns, using insights to adjust strategies and improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment in messaging, branding, and content across all platforms.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices to continuously innovate and ensure our social media presence is competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the property management, housing, or real estate sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and content development skills, with a focus on engaging audiences.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media trends.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with property management, real estate, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of video editing software and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
