Got The T-Shirt is seeking a Head of Paid Social in Leeds to own the paid social roadmap and drive growth across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You’ll work hands-on with performance focus, shaping strategy that balances ecommerce results with brand and creative objectives.

You’ll lead a team, mentor peers, and guide clients through funnel strategies, while partnering with paid search and display. Strong analytics and attribution knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Own the agency's paid social roadmap and lead innovation.
• Plan, manage and optimize activity across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
• Guide clients from lower funnel to awareness and brand building with clear roadmaps.
• Lead creative strategy, briefs, and reviews with design/video teams.
• Build testing frameworks for creative and audiences; scale successes.
• Oversee audience, targeting, and conversion tracking, including first-party data.
