WPP Media, home to Goat in Europe, seeks an Influencer Director to guide regional strategy for Goat EMEA. You will lead critical projects, partner with Goat EMEA leadership, and align regional objectives with global teams to deliver measurable outcomes across markets in Europe.

The role requires senior project management experience, autonomous execution, and strong communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and impact within a fast-paced, hybrid UK-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior project management, operational support, or strategic coordination role within a digital marketing or influencer agency.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and partner with senior leadership.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of European media, marketing, and creator economy landscape.
• Autonomous, proactive, self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support to Goat EMEA leadership translating regional objectives into actionable plans.
• Lead strategic projects across European markets with timely delivery.
• Collaborate with local market leads, global teams, and external partners for seamless outcomes.
