PMG is seeking a senior influencer and branded content lead to identify influencers, design campaigns, and oversee branded content across social and digital platforms. You will work with creators, talent agencies, and brand partners to align storytelling with business goals and to scale PMG’s influencer discipline.

The role emphasizes authentic partnerships, data-driven decisions, and innovation in content formats.

Qualifications

• Experience in Influencer & Branded Content with degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in content creation and influencer marketing strategy.
• Experience in contract review and proposal development.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and reporting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of advertising standards and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and selection of influencers aligned with objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns with internal teams and clients.
• Oversee branded content creation and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team.
• Mentor Associate-level team members to support growth.
