Job summary

Sodexo Ltd. is recruiting for an Inflight Catering Food Service Assistant at RAF Brize Norton. The role involves hands-on support to ensure aircraft are stocked and meals prepared for flight service.

You’ll work closely with military personnel in a fast-paced environment and play a key part in day-to-day catering operations. Suitable candidates will have a full UK driving licence, a friendly, professional demeanour, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Friendly, positive attitude with professionalism and respect for others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Colour perception test is required; basic food-handling knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload catering equipment and supplies onto aircraft.
• Prepare and assemble catering items for flight service.
• Operate vehicles on the airfield safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Marshal high-lift vehicles and support airside operations.
• Communicate effectively with military personnel.
• Support front and back of house operations; no two days are the same.
