Responsibilities

• Provide infection prevention and control nursing services and expert advice in infection prevention, surveillance and investigation.
• Provide IPC information flow to Senior Clinical Matrons, Heads of Service, General Managers and Clinical Directors as required.
• Work as part of a team providing support for an assigned directorate.
• Be prepared to challenge poor practice confidently when needed.
• May be required to work at any site across North Tees and Hartlepool and University Hospitals Tees.
