Job summary

NHS Western Isles is seeking a self-motivated Infection Prevention and Control Administrator to join the IPCT. This Band 3 post offers a salary of £29,103 to £31,409 per annum plus £1,461 Distant Island Allowance, and a 36-hour week on a permanent basis.

You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to IPCT, maintain day-to-day office operations, and support the team with arising issues, using MS Office.

Qualifications

• You will be computer literate and preferably educated to HNC level or with equivalent administrative experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive administrative service to the IPCT, ensuring the day-to-day running of the office is well-maintained.
• Assist the team with any issues that arise and support continuous office operations.
