Job summary

NHS Western Isles is seeking an Infection Prevention and Control Administrator to join the IPCT team. The role supports the comprehensive administrative service and ensures the day-to-day running of the office is well maintained.

The successful candidate will be computer literate, with a preference for an HNC level qualification or equivalent administrative experience and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. PVG clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• HNC level or equivalent admin experience preferred.
• PVG Scheme registration is required for this post.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive administrative service to the IPCT.
• Ensure the day‑to‑day running of the office is well‑maintained.
• Assist the IPCT with any issues that arise.
