Job summary

Warwick College Group is seeking an Industry Placements Coordinator to oversee industry placements for 16–18 year old students. You will coordinate placements, ensure safety checks, and maintain records within the college system.

You will build relationships with employers, support placement providers, and work with study programme teams to ensure students complete placements. Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE English & Maths at grade C or Level 2 equivalent.
• Demonstrated IT skills including e-mail, internet and standard software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industry placements for 16–18 year old students.
• Ensure health and safety checks for each placement.
• Record placement details on the central college system.
• Develop employer base for suitable placements and experiences of work.
• Provide support to placement providers and facilitate future opportunities.
