Siltbuster is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to support Industrial Wastewater Treatment Sector operations in the Midlands.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical sales.
Ability to create tailored solutions to customer requirements.
Strong planning and organising skills for efficient daily time management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent analysis, data interpretation and technical skills to identify needs.
Extensive understanding of wastewater treatment and applicable design standards.
Proficiency in Office 365, notably Excel and Word.
Full UK driving licence with six points or less.

Responsibilities

Drive the sales process from initial contact through to order, delivery and project close‑out.
Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Deliver and support projects across a variety of levels.
Collaborate with the technical solutions and design teams.
Troubleshoot for clients and ensure fast, effective solutions.
Manage and develop key relationships, focusing on account growth.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess feasibility and tailor solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Learn cross‑departmental skills and activities as applicable.
