Bridgewater Resources UK is expanding its Manchester operation and seeks a proactive Business & Sales Manager to lead the new Trafford Park venture. You will drive sales growth, build customer and supplier relationships, and shape how the operation develops as it grows.

The role suits an experienced B2B sales professional with industrial electrical or mechanical knowledge, who is looking for greater responsibility and a meaningful part in growing a business.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or sales management.
• Good knowledge of industrial electrical or mechanical products.
• Proven ability to identify, develop and win new business.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach.
• The confidence to work autonomously and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and new business development within the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Use your industry knowledge to understand customer requirements and identify commercial opportunities.
• Take responsibility for the performance and growth of the business.
• Manage and develop the team as the operation grows.
• Have involvement across sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing and wider business operations.
