Job summary

Chromalox is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Southern Europe for its Industrial Electric Heaters portfolio. The role blends home-based and office-based work, requiring a proactive, technically aware sales professional who can engage EPCs, SYSINT, and end users with a consultative approach.

Reporting to the Europe Sales Director – IPH, you will interpret technical specifications, support proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with engineering and proposals teams

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or business development within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sectors.
• Proven track record selling equipment or solutions to EPCs, OEMs and large industrial clients.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and support the offer process.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong health, safety, and quality behaviors aligned with company standards.
• Deliver superior customer value and create sustainable partnerships.
• Achieve sales growth targets through consultative selling and rigorous process management.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Industrial Electric Heaters in assigned regions.
• Prospect and secure new customers and project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (EPCs, SYSINT, and end users).
• Understand technical requirements, interpret specifications, and support proposal preparation.
• Provide timely commercial and technical responses during bidding phases.
• Align with Engineering, Proposals, and Operations teams for accurate offers and successful project execution.
