Qualifikationen

• Significant industrial relations and employee relations experience in a large multisite, unionised organisation.
• Deep knowledge of employment legislation and trade union law.
• Experience negotiating with recognised trade unions and influencing outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of industrial relations and employee relations strategy.
• Advise on IR implications of business initiatives and policies.
• Develop positive relationships with senior leaders and union representatives.
• Modernise agreements to meet business aims and ensure risk mitigation.
