Qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading industrial relations in unionised, large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Deep knowledge of ECSA and NAECI or equivalent national agreements.
  • Proven confidence in high-stakes negotiations with trade unions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an industrial relations strategy for the MEH Programme across sites.
  • Liaise with recognised trade unions and align with national and local collective agreements.
  • Lead negotiations on pay, terms and conditions, disputes, and operational changes with partner HR and site teams.
  • Provide guidance on ECSA application and other national agreements to support workforce management.
  • Oversee disciplinary, grievance and dispute processes with embedded HR teams.
  • Identify IR risks early and prepare the programme to address issues effectively.
  • Represent the MEH Programme in alliance forums and industry bodies to promote best IR practices.
