Tailored Technical Solutions Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead a team of six refrigeration service engineers across the South West. The role blends office coordination with on-site customer visits, focusing on safe, efficient service delivery and proactive maintenance in heavy commercial ammonia systems.

You will guide engineers, troubleshoot complex issues and maintain strong client relationships, supporting growth and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in heavy commercial, industrial refrigeration, or ammonia (NH3) systems.
• Experience as a Service Supervisor or similar roles is advantageous.
• Good understanding of industrial refrigeration service, maintenance and fault-finding.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Willing to split time between office-based duties and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of approximately six refrigeration service engineers.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineers, assisting with troubleshooting and complex issues.
• Support planning and scheduling of service, maintenance and reactive works.
• Maintain relationships with customers, especially in the food & beverage sector.
• Monitor engineer performance, workloads and service delivery standards.
• Work with branch management to support growth and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and industry standards.
