Active Personnel in Coventry is seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join their established team on a permanent basis. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Industrial/Manufacturing vacancies, both temporary and permanent, while building strong client relationships and sourcing top candidates.

With a 40-hour week, a driving licence, and a clear progression path to management, this role offers a competitive base salary up to 32k plus a strong commission structure and generous

Qualifications

• Experienced 360 recruiter within Industrial/Manufacturing or related sectors.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent vacancies.
• Win new clients and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Source candidates through advertising, networking and social channels.
• Screen candidates and perform compliance checks.
• Attend sales and service meetings to drive growth.

My client offers 30 years of experience within multi-sector recruitment over 10 locations in the UK. Over this period they have grown and developed 10 boutique business models, dedicated and tailored to Industrial, Warehouse Logistics, Engineering,Construction, and general high street recruitment.

Job Description

• As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be managing the end to end recruitment for Temporary and Permanent vacancies within the Industrial/Manufacturing temps sector.
• Winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing clients
• Supporting the current team and management.
• Researching the market and keeping up to date with market trends
• Sourcing and meeting new candidates, through various means including advertising and networking events.
• Maintaining regular contact with existing candidates
• Advertise on Job boards, LinkedIn, social media
• Ensuring standards of service are met at all times.
• Screen and Interview candidates and complete relevant compliance checks
• Matching candidates to vacancies
• Book and attend sales and service meetings with new and existing clients to maximise growth and sales margin.

You will need to be:

• Be an experienced 360 recruiter within any of the above sectors, career minded, hard working and driven
• Have a full UK driving licence and own a vehicle
• 40 hour working week Monday – Friday
• Excellent organisation skills
• Passion and desire to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
