Strong technical detailing knowledge and an eye for buildability
Excellent communication skills with clients and project teams

Responsibilities

Lead detailed design on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, logistics, retail and data centre schemes
Manage projects independently through RIBA Stages 3-6, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors
Produce and oversee technically robust design packages, with a focus on large steel-frame construction
Work with structural, M&E and other consultants to resolve complex detailing
Mentor and support junior technologists as the team grows
Contribute to evolving standards and processes as the business scales
