Job summary

Backer Heatrod Limited in the UK is recruiting an Industrial Sales Manager to drive growth across our Braude product range, combining technical understanding with commercial acumen. The role is home-based with travel to customer sites and company locations.

You will develop long-term relationships with industrial clients, coordinate tenders and EPC activities, and support project-based sales from enquiry to order.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric process heating equipment or related industrial environments.
• Strong ability to understand customer requirements and develop viable solutions.
• Comfort engaging with customers to discuss complex applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
• Coordinate tender responses and bid submissions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and regular reporting.
• Attend customer sites and liaise with engineering and operations teams.
