Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting for a Labourer / Maintenance Operative to support a busy industrial site on Tixall Road, Stafford, ST16 3UB. It is a full-time temporary position running from 2 November 2026 to 31 December 2026, paying £14.42 per hour PAYE.

The successful candidate will perform general maintenance, routine inspections, diagnose faults, and carry out basic repairs using hand and power tools, while adhering to health and safety procedures and contributing to a tidy, safe work

Qualifications

• Experience in general labouring and maintenance on industrial sites.
• Familiar with hand and power tools and safety procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring and maintenance tasks across the site.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and faults.
• Assist with diagnosing faults and completing basic repairs.
• Use hand tools and power tools to carry out maintenance activities.
• Support general site upkeep and maintenance requirements.
• Assist skilled maintenance operatives with repairs and other tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
