Job summary

Concept Resources are recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a busy facilities maintenance team based at a large commercial site in Stafford. This temporary role offers 40 hours per week with an immediate start.

You will carry out general fabric and building maintenance, complete records accurately, report faults promptly, and support the wider maintenance and engineering team while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within fabric maintenance or building maintenance.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general fabric maintenance and repair works.
• Basic building maintenance duties across the site.
• Completing maintenance records and documentation accurately.
• Reporting faults and issues to management promptly.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider maintenance and engineering team where required.
