Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Industrial Labourer/Factory Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards in our Rocester facilities. You will join the Workplace Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14, and work on industrial equipment, floors, and work areas.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with overtime opportunities. We value safety, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial cleaning services.
• Experience handling cleaning equipment.
• Must be physically fit and capable of heavy cleaning work.

Responsibilities

• Clean paint booths.
• Work within the shotblast area.
• High-level cleaning with machinery including scrubbers.
• Remove tank coolant and clean machine tanks.
• Respond quickly to client requests.

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Industrial Labourer Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities. You will be joining our Workplace Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site, including industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.

This is a Full-Time Role 37 ½ per week, with the option for overtime

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning of the paint booths
• Working within the shotblast area
• High-level cleaning using machinery, including a scrubber
• Removing tank coolant and cleaning out machine tanks
• Quick response to client requests.
• Must be physically fit due to the nature of the job.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health & safety and COSHH regulations.

Key requirements will include :

• Access to own transport due to weekend shift patterns
• Experience in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to work at heights
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
• Experience working to tight schedules
