Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaning Operative to maintain high cleanliness standards at our Rocester site. You will clean production areas, machinery and floors using heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals, while following health and safety rules.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week with rotating shifts (Wed-Sun). We value attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and capable of handling heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Detail-oriented with safe working practices, especially around machinery.
• Able to work as part of a team and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Clean paint booths and toilet facilities.
• Clean hydraulic and coolant machines.
• Clean general shopfloor areas including floors and machinery.
• Perform high-level cleaning using machinery such as a scrubber.
• Respond quickly to client requests; maintain a safe work environment per COSHH regulations.
