Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Industrial Labourer/Factory Cleaner for our Rocester site. You will maintain high cleanliness standards across manufacturing areas, operate heavy cleaning equipment, and work in the paint booths and shotblast zones.

The role requires physical fitness and the ability to work with chemicals, at heights, and in confined spaces. It is a full-time, on-site position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial cleaning and with cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy-duty cleaning equipment.
• Access to own transport due to weekend shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Clean the paint booths and work areas.
• Operate cleaning machinery, including scrubbers.
• Work in the shotblast area and clean tanks and machine parts.
• Respond quickly to client requests and maintain safety standards.
