Job summary

Rubix UK&I is seeking a proactive sales office professional to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will initiate and maintain customer relationships, establish requirements, prepare quotations, and manage orders with support from a broader engineering and supply chain network.

You will engage with customers to introduce new products and services, deliver high levels of service, and drive additional business through proactive outreach to traders and prospects.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Industry knowledge is preferable but not essential.
• Experience in a sales environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Establishing customer requirements.
• Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
• Order processing.
• Providing basic levels of technical support on Rubix products/services (full training provided).
• Introducing customers to new products/services.
• Providing market leading levels of customer service.
• Proactively calling down traders and prospect customers to generate additional business.
