Qualifications

• Responsibilities include performing break-fix and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Identify parts, supplies and repair items required for maintenance.
• Perform maintenance per industry standards with minimal instruction.
• Collaborate with customer counterparts to implement maintenance and reliability tasks.
• Operate machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder) and possibly perform welding.
• Adhere to safety policies and document work in service reports and management systems.
• Willingness to travel locally, nationally, and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, troubleshoots and maintains equipment such as manufacturing process equipment, CNC machinery, robotics, automation, conveyance systems, packaging systems, and ancillary equipment.
• Performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Completes and documents work in reports and management systems.
