Job summary

South East Water is seeking an experienced electrician to maintain, repair and install electrical systems across pumping stations, reservoirs and treatment works. You’ll handle control panels, pumps, motors and monitoring equipment, responding to breakdowns and supervising contractors.

A UK driving licence is essential and the role includes stand-by out-of-hours support. The position offers a competitive package with pension and generous holiday, plus opportunities for growth and work-life

Qualifications

• Electrical fault-finding and trouble-shooting experience.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or domestic electrical work.
• IT literacy to update digital records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and install electrical plant and water equipment (pumps, panels, dosing equipment).
• Liaise with contractors on-site and supervise works.
• Maintain site records and participate in standby rota.
