Job summary
Facultatieve Technologies, based in Leeds, is seeking an Electrical Fitter to join our Production Team. You will manufacture, install and wire electrical control panels and components from wiring diagrams to build reliable equipment for our incineration and cremation systems.
The role suits someone with electrical and/or mechanical experience and relevant qualifications, offering a stable, international engineering business with long-term growth plans and a strong commitment to safety, quality
Qualifications
- Ability to follow schematic drawings to layout and wire control cabinets.
- Experience with electrical and/or mechanical work is required.
- Qualified electrical training or apprenticeship is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture brackets and fit components.
- Install trunking to equipment as required.
- Mount control panels and components.
- Wire and gland components using appropriate cable types.
- Work safely to meet cost and time targets.
- Interpret wiring diagrams and bills of materials.
