Job summary

Servotest Testing Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electrical Fitter to assemble and build electrical control panels, enclosures and interconnecting cables for special purpose equipment. The role requires meticulous wiring to high manufacturing standards and the ability to read wiring diagrams.

Training will be provided, and when required the team member should be willing to travel to customer sites to support installations and commissioning, representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience of panel wiring and machine wiring.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings.
• Proficient in crimping, soldering and terminating.
• Experience with electrical loom harnessing and wiring to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Wiring, assembly and wiring of control panels and enclosures.
• Build sub-assemblies and complete systems to drawings and procedures.
• Read electrical/electronic drawings and follow procedures accurately.
• Inspect and test completed electrical assemblies as required.
• Support installation at customer sites when needed.
• Maintain high standards with minimal supervision.
• Complete paperwork and final inspections.
