Job summary

Servotest Testing Systems in the United Kingdom seeks an Electrical Fitter to assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and interconnecting cables for specialised equipment. The role requires reading electrical drawings and wiring to a very high manufacturing standard.

Training will be provided; travel to customer sites may be required to support installations and testing. You will work as part of a hands-on team ensuring quality and reliability across builds.

Qualifications

• Experience of panel wiring and machine wiring.
• Able to read schematics and engineering drawings.
• Wiring control panels/boxes with crimping and soldering to high standards.
• Experience with electrical loom harnessing and soldering.

Responsibilities

• Wiring, assembling and testing electrical control panels and enclosures.
• Build sub-assemblies and complete systems to drawings and procedures.
• Read and work from electrical/electronic drawings.
• Crimp, solder, wire, loom and label cables to requirements.
• Inspect and test completed assemblies and support installation at customer sites.
