Job summary
Andrews Recruitment Group is recruiting an Electrical Engineer to join an established engineering company delivering electrical installation and engineering projects across industrial and process environments. This hands-on role suits a qualified electrician who enjoys varied work, solving practical problems and leading projects to completion.
You'll be on industrial sites, supporting electrical installations, equipment connections, testing and commissioning as part of a skilled team.
Qualifications
- Experience carrying out electrical installations on industrial sites.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and installation documentation.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and installation standards.
- Capable of working independently as part of a site-based engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation work across industrial and process environments.
- Install and connect electrical equipment, containment, cabling and related systems.
- Work with electrical panels, control equipment and industrial machinery.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and installation documents.
- Support electrical testing, fault finding and commissioning activities.
- Identify and resolve electrical installation issues on site.
- Collaborate with engineers, project teams and other trades to complete installations safely.
