Professional Technical Ltd. is seeking an Industrial Door Engineer to cover the Southampton and Portsmouth area. You will join a growing team and work on dock levellers, loading bay equipment, doors and barriers across major distribution sites.

The role offers a competitive salary package with overtime, full training, and a chance to work with some of the UK\'s largest retail and distribution centres. Realistic first-year earnings are around £50,000 with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and service dock levellers and loading bay equipment on site.
• Install and commission doors, gates and barriers as required.
• Provide on-site recommendations for further works to customers.
• Deliver high-quality service and support at retail and distribution sites.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Practical experience with dock levellers, dock shelters and loading bay equipment such as roller shutters, high‑speed, overhead and sectional doors, rapid rollers, gates and barriers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience recommending further works to be carried out on site.
• Installation experience.
• Electrical, welding or hydraulics experience.
