Job summary

Not disclosed is a highly reputable manufacturer of industrial doors and loading systems recruiting two Engineers for the South East region. The role focuses on service and repair with occasional travel and favorable overtime after 40 hours.

You will service and repair steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters and loading bay equipment, with basic electrical wiring and fault-finding tasks across a range of systems.

Qualifications

• Experience working on industrial doors, speed doors and loading bay equipment.
• Strong employment history within the industry.
• Hold NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS, PASMA and IPAF qualifications.
• Cleaner driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial doors such as steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters and sectional doors.
• Some work on loading bay equipment such as dock levellers, wheel locking systems and scissor lifts.
• Basic electrical wiring and fault finding on electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment.

A highly reputable manufacturer of industrial doors and loading systems is actively seeking two experienced Engineers in the South due to continued expansion in the area. They can offer industry leading training and an unmatched bonus scheme. The role is predominantly service & repair with limited travel and preferential OT rates after 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors such as steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors
• Some work on loading bay equipment such as dock levellers, wheel locking systems and scissor lifts
• Basic electrical wiring
• Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment

Requirements

• Have experience working on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment
• Have a strong employment history within the industry
• Hold relevant industry qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF
• Have a clean driving licence
