Job summary

Tdrs Llc in Exeter is seeking a Senior Industrial Door Engineer to join our busy engineering team. You will install, service, maintain, and repair industrial doors, speed doors, gates and related equipment, including automatic doors and rollers.

The role requires EN 16005, NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, and a clean driving licence. We offer a competitive package with door-to-door pay, bonuses, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• EN 16005 and related safety standards.
• NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance or equivalent.
• CSCS Card and PASMA/IPAF qualifications.
• Clean driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair industrial doors, steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters and sectional doors.
• Work on automatic doors and automatic gates regularly.
• Perform basic electrical wiring and fault finding on electromechanical equipment.

Senior Engineer Exeter

£39,000 - £45,000 basic salary + annual bonus

A renowned facilities management company and industrial door maintenance specialist is currently looking to bolster its engineering team and is targeting an additional six Engineers to join their team, one of which will ideally be located in and around Exeter. The position has become available due to increased demand from their customer base.

As a Senior Industrial Door Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors, steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors
• Working on automatic doors and automatic gates on a regular basis
• Basic electrical wiring
• Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment

The successful Senior Industrial Door Engineer will:

• Have experience working on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment
• Have experience working on gates, barriers, and automatic doors
• Hold relevant industry qualifications such as: EN 16005, NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF
• Have a clean driving licence
