• Location: Remote, with occasional visits to other locations as needed

Role Summary

The primary responsibility is to represent and defend clients' interests in industrial disease cases, providing specialist advice and managing cases throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated claims
• Handle complex and high-value cases
• Communicate with clients, insurers, solicitors, Counsel, and experts
