Solicitor / Litigation Executive / Fee Earner – Industrial Disease – Assistant to Partner – 12 month FTC

Industrial Disease / Occupational Health Fee Earner – Greater Manchester

A Partner specialising in complex long and short-tail industrial disease work is looking for a Paralegal, Litigation Executive, Legal Executive or Solicitor to join the department on a 12-month Fixed term contract to assist on a range of matters. Previous industrial disease experience would be ideal, but is not necessary. Because this is an FTC, the Partner will look broadly.

Summary

Partner with caseload of complex industrial disease matters

This role primarily involves assisting the Partner to manage their caseload more effectively. Responsibilities include:

• Handling industrial disease and personal injury cases (experience preferred but not essential)
• Providing support on case management and legal research
• Assisting with client communication and documentation
