Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Civil & Structural Project Manager to lead the safe, timely delivery of Civil & Structural works within a major industrial CAPEX programme in the UK. You will manage end-to-end execution, coordinating multiple contractors and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with UK legislation, governance, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major UK civil and structural projects, preferably >£100m CAPEX.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM delivery models in industrial settings.
• Experience in live operational and brownfield environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK CDM 2015 and H&S legislation.
• Ability to manage contractor claims and commercial risk.
