Job summary

Innovo Global Talent is supporting an Industrial Automation client in St Albans seeking a Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join their permanent team. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to drive sales and ensure satisfaction.

The role rewards proactive, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Support or Customer Service roles within a technical or industrial environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with order processing and entry systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
• Previous experience in sales support or administrative capacity is advantageous.
• Knowledge of industrial automation products is a plus but not essential.
