Job summary

St Nicholas Hospice Care is seeking an enthusiastic Individual Giving and In Memory Fundraiser to grow our supporter base and deliver compassionate care across West Suffolk and Thetford. You will lead campaigns, appeals and in memory fundraising initiatives, creating engaging journeys that inspire loyalty and support.

We value sensitivity, creativity and strong relationship skills, and you will work closely with bereaved families, donors and partners to maximise income while ensuring every donor

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, marketing, supporter engagement or relationship management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors and families.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual giving campaigns, appeals and in memory fundraising initiatives.
• Create engaging supporter journeys that build long-term loyalty and income.
