Job summary

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure value realization, successful renewals, and expansion across a diverse portfolio.

• Extensive indirect tax process improvement experience.
• Experience with tax technology or ERP integration.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of API-first product strategies.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Adopt and advocate best practices to maximise customer engagement with Fonoa’s indirect tax solutions.
• Generate case studies and cultivate referenceable customers to boost CLTV.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive account growth.
• Oversee customer portfolio from onboarding to renewal with a focus on high NPS.
• Monitor account health to ensure achievement of desired outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executives to foster advocacy.
