Fonoa seeks an SEO Content Lead to own organic search strategy and execution for VAT, GST, and indirect tax topics. You'll drive the roadmap, oversee content production, and coordinate with tax SMEs to ensure accuracy while delivering high rankings and credible content.

You will work with marketing ops and agencies to maintain technical SEO health and publishing cadence, reporting on performance and ROI. This is a hands-on role with growth potential in a fast‑growing fintech tax platform.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years SEO experience with strategy and hands-on technical SEO.
• Experience managing a content production pipeline with writers/ SMEs.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory topics into rankable content.
• Familiarity with core SEO tooling and communicating site issues.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the organic SEO roadmap for VAT, GST, e-invoicing and related topics.
• Coordinate content calendar, briefs, and production rhythms for publishing.
• Partner with tax SMEs to ensure accuracy and defensible content.
• Track rankings, traffic and conversion; report findings and optimize.
• Apply editorial standards in style, tone, and American English usage.
