Strategic purpose of the position:

This role supports the development and implementation of indirect tax planning and compliance initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job responsibilities:

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business changes, supply chain modifications, and reorganizations.
• Ensuring compliance infrastructure and data quality through collaboration with external and internal indirect tax compliance teams.
• Supporting process re-engineering and control environment enhancements in indirect tax functions.
• Managing indirect tax inquiries and audits with tax authorities in Europe.
• Collaborating with corporate and regional tax teams on international projects.
• Being an energetic finance professional passionate about making a difference.
• Developing strong relationships across the enterprise in a matrixed environment.
• Communicating complex tax matters effectively at all organizational levels.
• Possessing relevant professional tax and/or accounting qualifications.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are advantageous but not required.
