The Indirect Channel Manager (ICM), Global Indirect Channels (GIN), is responsible for revenue growth from NTT Data’s Region Sales Entity (RSE) teams and for developing the external channel partner ecosystem within their geographic region. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Indirect Channels, the ICM acts as the main point of contact for RSEs, external channel partners, and strategic partners, building relationships with key stakeholders and enabling sales efforts. The ICM will also directly close opportunities brought in by outside channel partners.

What you'll be doing
  • Serve as the expert on your assigned region for the GIN organization.
  • Meet monthly NIMRR bookings quotas and activity benchmarks.
  • Drive revenue growth through internal and external partner channels.
  • Nurture and expand partner relationships to grow IP service revenue.
  • Manage and close opportunities from external channel partners.
  • Develop and execute business plans to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Organize events to strengthen partner relations and promote revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate market expertise and understand regional challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage training, sales enablement, and policy enforcement.
  • Travel within the assigned region as needed.
This role is perfect for you, if you:
  • Have 5+ years of experience in channel or strategic partnerships.
  • Have 10+ years of sales experience in Telecom/IP industries.
  • Possess strong existing relationships with regional channel partners.
  • Are experienced in customer-facing and partnership roles in tech industries.
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Skills and Core Competencies
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Balance persuasion with data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability to dynamic organizational environments.
  • Team-oriented with goal focus and creative input.
  • Highly organized and reliable in remote work settings.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
