Capita TV Licensing is seeking a Field Officer to support local communities by visiting customers at home and explaining TV licensing requirements. You will manage your own schedule, travel locally, and work from a home base with full training and necessary equipment provided.

You’ll be responsible for engaging customers professionally, discussing options, setting up payment plans where needed, and recording visit outcomes via mobile tools. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential addresses across the DY1-2 postcode area.
• Explain TV Licensing requirements and available options to customers.
• Set up payment plans and record visit outcomes using mobile technology.
