Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) North Wales offers a self-employed Membership Advisor role. Build your own sales business with the backing of a trusted national organisation that has supported UK small businesses for over 50 years.

You’ll run your own schedule, win new members, develop a territory plan, manage your pipeline, and use Salesforce CRM to manage leads. Uncapped commissions, monthly pay, and unrivalled support help you grow income while serving local small businesses.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive are essential.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
