Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop helps you grow your own business.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers is key.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
