You’ll run your own schedule, win new members for FSB, and develop a SMART territory plan with our support every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
