Job summary

Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is seeking a proactive Membership Advisor to grow its UK member base and drive membership sales. You will run your own sales business while being backed by a trusted national organisation with 50+ years of support for UK small businesses.

You’ll enjoy unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and strong support, with the freedom to set your own schedule and territory, while using Salesforce to manage leads.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and drive to manage your own sales activity.
• Proven ability to win new memberships and grow revenue.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce) but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, resilience and drive.
