Job summary

Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) seeks a Membership Advisor to grow its small business member base across the UK. You’ll run your own sales business as your own boss with flexible hours, supported by a trusted national organisation.

You’ll win new members, develop a smart territory plan, generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals using Salesforce CRM. You’ll be self-motivated, resilient and eager to learn, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to plan and manage a defined territory effectively.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) - helpful but not essential.
